Ending corruption starts with you

Government is committed to rooting out corruption in all forms in the private and public sector and is calling on all citizens to play their part.

Corruption is the abuse of public resources or public power for personal gain.

While the police and other arms of government are at the forefront in the fight against corruption, ordinary South Africans have their own role to play.

As a citizen you can help rid the country of corruption by not becoming involved in corrupt activities and reporting any corruption you suspect or are aware of.

Faces of Government

President Cyril Ramaphosa made changes to the National Executive with David Mabuza as the new Deputy President of the country.

President Ramaphosa said the shift in his cabinet was intended to ensure that national government is better equipped to implement the mandate of his administration and the tasks identified in the State of the Nation Address.

He also said he was conscious of the need to balance continuity and stability with the need for renewal, economic recovery and accelerated transformation.
