LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Letter

Good day Vuk’uzenzele

I am seeking urgent assistance regarding my divorce matter. This case involves what I believe to be manipulation of the law, false allegations, and misconduct by certain legal practitioners. Since 2020, I have reached out to numerous organisations for help, but without success.

Earlier this year, in January, I attempted to contact the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development but was unsuccessful.

Please respond, as I have supporting documents and evidence detailing the unethical conduct and misconduct I am referring to.

Thank you.

Regards,

Logie

Dear Logie,

Thank you for contacting Vuk’uzenzele.

Please note that the conduct of all legal practitioners in South Africa is regulated by the Legal Practice Council (LPC). The LPC issues licences to legal practitioners and has the authority to investigate complaints and take action where misconduct is proven.

You may contact the LPC directly at info@lpc.org.za or on 010 001 8500. They are generally responsive to allegations involving the behaviour of their members.

Kind regards,

Vuk’uzenzele
