Choose a smoke-free lifestyle

An estimated 44 400 South Africans die of smoking-related illness every year. To raise awareness of the dangers of smoking and to motivate smokers to quit, May has been designated as Anti-tobacco Awareness Month and 31 May is World No Tobacco Day.

Quitting tobacco use is the best thing you can do for your health and for the health of your family. Being free of tobacco is choosing a healthier, happier life.
